Bootcamp, Athletic Conditioning, H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program that may be conducted by gyms, personal trainers or other organizations. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercise. Athletic conditioning in sports, it is referred to as the process of intensive training to become physically fit through tons of exercise, rest, and a healthy diet. Conditioning exercises include intense cardio, strength, balancing, and plyometric moves, as well as core work. They're all intended to enhance performance in athletes by boosting their performance and daily activities. H.I.I.T. High-intensity interval training is a training protocol alternating short periods of intense or explosive anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods until the point of exhaustion. HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one’s maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements. Bodyweight only. No gym bags, purses, pocketbooks, medium size bags, or large size bags. No locker rooms. Check In via the app. No loose jewelry or jewelry that can easily come off during intense cardio. Comfortable athletic wear, such as shorts, spanx, yoga pants, short sleeve shirts, tank tops, sneakers, ankle socks, sweatpants, sweatshirts, light jackets. No dress clothes, no business casual clothes, no formal wear, such as suits, jeans, crocs or yeezys, stilletos, high or low heels, sandals, dress pants, long sleeve buttoned shirts, dresses, skirts, pajamas, expensive technology, anything that can cause injury. Bring your smartphone or fanny pack. Restrooms provided. Bring disposable earplugs in case your hearing is sensitive to loud music. Bring a water bottle, Gatorade, Powerade, Vitamin Water, or a drink with electrolytes in a closed container. No Starbucks or coffee cups or BYOD of any type. Location: PENDING Instructor reserves the right to ensure everyone's safety first. Reminder: You agreed to release of liability waiver. Classes are insured, but please have your own health, medical, and life insurance, too. Please consult a certified physician or licensed medical professional before taking any level of group fitness or personal training. This is a private event.
