Kickboxing Virtual The workouts are a combination of boxing, kickboxing, and martial arts movements, along with traditional aerobic skills. Kickboxing for this class is no contact combat sport and a form of boxing based on punching and kicking. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or for competition. Kickboxing is a form of martial art which combines boxing with elements of karate, in particular kicking with shoes on for this class. Bodyweight only. Check In via the app. Boxing gloves and wraps are optional. No loose jewelry or jewelry that can easily come off during intense cardio. Make sure your space is clear of objects and people lying around. Comfortable athletic wear, such as shorts, spanx, yoga pants, short sleeve shirts, tank tops, sneakers, ankle socks, sweatpants, sweatshirts, light jackets.
