Service Description

Running Running is the activity of moving fast on foot, especially as a sport. Both running and jogging are forms of aerobic exercise. Aerobic means 'with oxygen' – the term 'aerobic exercise' means any physical activity that produces energy by combining oxygen with blood glucose or body fat. Various distances. Various techniques. Includes calisthenics and plyometrics. Bodyweight only. No gym bags, purses, pocketbooks, medium size bags, or large size bags. No locker rooms. Check In via the app. No loose jewelry or jewelry that can easily come off during intense cardio. Comfortable athletic wear, such as shorts, spanx, yoga pants,  short sleeve shirts, tank tops, sneakers, ankle socks, sweatpants, sweatshirts, light jackets. No dress clothes, no business casual clothes, no formal wear, such as suits, jeans, crocs or yeezys, stilettos, high or low heels, sandals, dress pants, long sleeve buttoned shirts, dresses, skirts, pajamas, expensive technology, anything that can cause injury. Bring your smartphone or fanny pack. Restrooms provided. Bring disposable earplugs in case your hearing is sensitive to loud noise. Bring a water bottle, Gatorade, Powerade, Vitamin Water, or a drink with electrolytes in a closed container.  No Starbucks or coffee cups or BYOD of any type. Location:  PENDING Instructor reserves the right to ensure everyone's safety first. Reminder:  You agreed to release of liability waiver. Classes are insured, but please have your own health, medical, and life insurance, too. Please consult a certified physician or licensed medical professional before taking any level of group fitness or personal training. This is a private event or class.
