Zumba is a trademark owned by Zumba Fitness, LLC. Bodyweight only. No gym bags, purses, pocketbooks, medium size bags, or large size bags. No locker rooms. Check In via the app. No loose jewelry or jewelry that can easily come off during intense cardio. Comfortable athletic wear, such as shorts, spanx, yoga pants, short sleeve shirts, tank tops, sneakers, ankle socks, sweatpants, sweatshirts, light jackets. No dress clothes, no business casual clothes, suits, jeans, crocs or yeezys, stilettos, high or low heels, sandals, dress pants, long sleeve buttoned shirts, dresses, skirts, pajamas, expensive technology, anything that can cause injury. Bring your smartphone or fanny pack. Restrooms provided. Bring disposable earplugs in case your hearing is sensitive to loud music. Bring a water bottle, Gatorade, Powerade, Vitamin Water, or a drink with electrolytes in a closed container. No Starbucks or coffee cups or BYOD of any type.
